The Equitable Community Access to Pharmacist Services (ECAPS) Act (H.R. 1770/S. 2477) has resounding support, with 131 House of Representative cosponsors and 24 Senate cosponsors. This legislation would recognize pharmacists as billing providers under Medicare Part B.
The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is asking for your help to get ECAPS over the line and to a vote. Reach out now to your congressional delegation and ask them to act swiftly to pass ECAPS upon return from their August congressional recess.
