Application Rules:

• Submit the following by the posted deadline:
  
• Completed application form
• Letter of Interest explaining how you meet the scholarship criteria, your future pharmacy practice goals, and your philosophy of pharmacy practice.
• Copy of your latest grade report verifying your current G.P.A.
• Proof of residency requirements for El Paso, Gene Lake, and Central Texas Scholarships
• Two (2) letters of reference. These should utilize the reference form that can be downloaded (see below) and may include additional information in letter form. The individuals providing the references can give you these document(s) in PDF or other electronic format to be uploaded with your application, or they may send the information directly to scholarship@tshp.org using the subject line: “Reference for [applicant name]”. Letters of reference can also be mailed to the address below.
  
• All required application materials (including reference letters) must be submitted by the deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
• The TSHP R&E Foundation Scholarship Committee will determine selection of scholarship recipients. All decisions are final.
• Scholarship recipients must provide a photograph and short biography for publication in the TSHP R&E Foundation Annual Report. All recipients must also provide a Thank You letter as well. A W-2 tax form may be required for scholarships of $600 or more. After recipient is notified, all applicable items must be received prior to distribution of scholarship monies.

NOTE: Review this information before attempting to complete an application. Not all students are eligible for all scholarships. Please also note that the monetary level of scholarships are subject to change. The exact amount of each scholarship will be determined in the fall prior to the opening of the Application process.
