Celso Cuellar Jr., R.Ph.,1941-2024

TSHP is saddened to report on the passing of Celso Cuellar Jr., R.Ph.

Born in 1941, Celso was a longtime TSHP member, an alumnus of the University of Houston College of Pharmacy, and an avid supporter of community pharmacy in his hometown of San Antonio.

The Cuellar Family, along with his sister, Lourdes M. Cuellar, M.S. R.Ph., FASHP, have cemented their legacy through unwavering and significant support of the future of pharmacy in Texas. The Cuellar Family has established numerous scholarships and programs, inspiring greater opportunities for Texas pharmacy students and the community.

TSHP sends it condolences to the Cuellar Family, whose permission was given to report on his passing. A grateful community shall forever remember Celso's contributions.
