TSHP Local Chapter Challenge through February

TSHP local chapters are an integral part of our community, and we have a challenge to help them grow.

Continuing until February 28, 2025, our organization is hosting the TSHP Local Chapter Challenge. All TSHP local chapters are challenged to increase their membership renewals, as well as new member growth during an 8-month period that started on July 1, 2024.

Chapters will compete against each other to determine rankings and prizes. Rankings will be based on the percentage of growth and renewals at the end of contest period. Periodic rankings will be distributed to help boost enthusiasm and efforts.

Contest Period is from July 1, 2024, until February 28, 2025. Any paid TSHP renewal or paid TSHP new member completed between these dates will qualify. Mailed payments must be postmarked by February 28th, 2025.

There are two ways to win with prizes at stake:

Overall Rankings “Best of TSHP” Award:

• One (1) recipient for Top Membership Growth (recruitment)
• One (1) recipient for Exceptional Retention (renewals)
• Prizes include (for each category recipient):
  • Choice of one (1) complimentary Annual Seminar Registration (value up to $625) or a $500 grant to be used toward a local chapter event or meeting
  • Recognition & a certificate presented at the 2025 TSHP Annual Seminar 
  • Recognition in the TSHP Bulletin e-Newsletter and notation on the TSHP website (www.tshp.org)
    

Two (2) Goal Achievers Sweepstakes
All chapters that reach the renewal rate goal and/or the growth percentage goal, will be entered to win one (1) of two available complimentary TSHP Annual Seminar registrations for the following year. Each prize is valued at up to $625. The winning chapter of each sweepstake may use the complimentary registration however they wish – recruitment or renewal incentive, internal award, etc.

• Recruitment Goal is 10%
• Renewal Rate Goal is 85%
• Chapters are eligible to be entered to win if they meet or exceed either or both pre-established goal.
• Winners from each category will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be announced at the 2025 TSHP Annual Seminar
